New aerial tramway

High-performance rope for a ride to the summit that feels like flying.

Since the mid-1950s, Pilatus Kulm, located at 2,132 metres above sea level, has been accessible by aerial tramway.

Dragon Ride replaced the previous aerial tramway while making use of the existing valley and mountain stations. Designed to meet both modern technical requirements and visitors’ expectations, the ropeway features large panoramic windows and cockpit-style seating that enhance the travel experience. Aerodynamic cabins and extended suspension arms ensure reliable operation even in challenging wind conditions.
