Thanks to polymer profiles positioned between the strands, the high-performance rope PERFORMA-DT exhibits very low strand-induced vibrations during operation. The profiles also create an almost cylindrical rope surface, allowing the rope to run over sheaves with virtually no vibration and minimal noise. This enhances ride comfort, reduces noise pollution and wear at the interface between the rope and the ropeway system.
